So I lived to see January. And is it better? Is it heck as like. Last week I was in a state of euphoria that the sun had come out and the lawn at home squeaked. Two hours later the lawn was covered in snow. Is this normal? No. But what is normal.
While it was not possible to play much (I don’t count my father as he plays even in a blizzard and has already played 500 holes since January to what is now April) I managed to do a bit of work. Today I am trying to convince my son (sitting his pc) to enthusiastically go with me tomorrow at 10 to the course (it is Saturday). There is already enthusiasm now, but certainly not because of me. Ok. 3°C, damp, winter greens and stocking cap. Brrr. I don’t blame him. But I have to. Bearing in mind that Richie’s claim to a headcover will come true, I really don’t feel well.
